By accessing or using Sapling Story, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
Sapling Story grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The "Lifetime License" grants you perpetual access to the version of the software purchased, including all minor updates (e.g., v1.0 to v1.1) for that version. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.0 to v2.0) may generally require a separate purchase unless otherwise stated.
You retain all rights to the content you create using Sapling Story ("User Content"). We claim no ownership over your stories, characters, or worlds.
You may not access or use the Application for any purpose other than that for which we make the Application available. The Application may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Sapling Story, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
